Took too long.

Took too long.
Money isn't credited to recipient but it's shows as money sent and transaction complete.
No customer support system in place to support.

Waste time and stress

I transfer fund with instarem it's totally waste my time from 7 may they received funds with SBM india bank till 14 may there business day havent completed on telephonic conversation say can complete on 13 may but all waste they r bench of bull$#*! ppl.

Using since couple of years

Using since couple of years. Have done more than 10 transactions so far. I never had any bad experience with them. Highly competitive rates and easy to use app. Usually takes 2-3 days. Very reliable, safe and trust worthy.

The time to transfer takes too long…

The time to transfer takes too long nowadays. It was quicker earlier. Customer service on chat is vague and gives various timelines for the transaction to complete

very bad experience with instarem chat…

very bad experience with instarem chat agent /call support.
#1.I cancelled one transaction and amount was not debited from my account at that time.
after cancelling transaction, received email that need to update bank statement to instream . started chat with agent , 2 agents changed in 2 mins span , and one of the agent confirmed that , there is no need to submit statement and closed chat session.
#2. on 04/12/2021 , when verified there is a request to upload statement again.
#3. started chat to discuss, but 7 agents changed and each agent asked details about issue and session disconnect .but there was no response or reply from email team as well.
#4. what is the purpose to upload my bank statement to refund my money to account ,where they debited unnecessarly for cancelled transaction .
$5. and while trying to upload statement , its keep giving an error to update account number ,name,ACH.
Please do not use Instarem and waste your time to get money back to account. they need all our confidential bank account statement detaisl to credit money to same account.
Agent will be change always in discussion and ask a question that , are you connected with agent ? but agent already disconnected with customer.
I did not see -ve star . very bad support .. be aware of instarem support.

Transaction went well!
Have few concerns:
1. Why do insta points have deadlines to redeem...? When customer earns points it should be a privilege for them to use anytime and shouldn't be expired. These points should remain in users insta bank unless they want to redeem, in a way users can accumulate as much as and can be used at one go or as per they connivence.
2. I did try to use my insta points for ex : Had 115 pts and tried to redeem it was hardly $3 thats literally minor to count in.. Instarem should increase the amount(dollars) for number of pts customer earned.
3.All being said, having less insta points attached with dead lines and hardly counts very few dollars while redeeming, Instarem should consider these cons and hoping for better customer benefits in future transactions.
